Half year has been passed since D&C Bistro grand open, in the beginning of summer, D&C Bistro is launching new a-la-carte and lunch & dinner set menu, plenty of new selections include Whole Live Lobster, Roasted Pork Tenderloin, Australian M5+ Wagyu Ribeye and more.

For main course, there are plenty of choices. Steak Chimichurri, Seared Salmon, Truffle Mushroom Risotto are one of lunch and dinner main course.
There are also other interesting selections that you don’t find it often in other bistro. Seared Duck Breast and foie gras, Grill Pingdong Quail, Paella, Whole Live Boston Lobster are some of must-try gourmets. For those who simple come to the house for a fine steak, Chef Wu recommended her favorite Australian M5+ Wagyu Ribeye Cap.
